Service Description

One (1) 2-hour Connection Session, followed by three (3) 2-hour coaching sessions, including unlimited email and/or WhatsApp exchanges for 3 months. The focus of these sessions is for those clients who long for change in their life, either personally or professionally, but struggle to do it on their own. The aim for these sessions is to: --> Decide ONE clear objective and clear measures of success --> Explore what has been causing the struggle --> Determine step-by-step actions to achieve the goal --> Set up an accountability plan for between sessions Sessions are once a month, but between coaching sessions, you can count on me for ongoing support and accountability with emails and/or WhatsApp messages. One (1) 2-hour sessions plus three (3) 2-hour sessions for a total of eight (8) hours.
