Service Description

One (1) 2-hour Connection Session, followed by seven (7) 1.5-hour coaching sessions, including unlimited email and/or WhatsApp exchanges for 6 months. The focus of these sessions is for those clients who feel there's something better "out there" for them, either personally or professionally, but are unclear on how to go about making the changes that will improve their life. The aim for these sessions is to: --> Take back the power to decide YOUR change --> Formulate what you want to achieve --> Establish objectives and measures of success --> Determine clear step-by-step actions to achieve the goal(s) --> Set up an accountability plan for between sessions Sessions are twice a month, every other week. At the end of each session, you have clear plan of attack, but between coaching sessions, you can count on me for ongoing support and accountability with emails and/or WhatsApp messages. One (1) 2-hour session plus seven (7) 1.5 hour sessions for a total of twelve and a half (12.5) hours.
