I'm Trina M. Roth (TMR), an American expat from Oregon currently living in the beautiful island of Mauritius. As someone who has gone through my own fair share of life transitions and challenges, I know firsthand the impact that a good coach can have on one's life. That's why I became a certified transformative life coach - to help people navigate change and find their purpose, rediscover joy, and build confidence with humor, energy, and optimism.

I am originally from the U.S. but grew up in Ivory Coast when I was young, am married with 1 daughter (16 years old) and a husband of 28 years. My husband, daughter, and I have lived overseas since 2001 in 6 different countries, teaching in various international schools. I am an expat and a third culture kid. I have lived longer outside the U.S. than in. I understand the various stages an expat goes through as they begin the journey to move to another country, as well as the highs (and lows) that can come after the move because I, too, have experienced them.
